Yes. BUF Protein is dairy-free, gluten-free, and has 0g of sugars per scoop. It contains beef collagen and is lightly sweetened with sucralose, so it is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets.
What does BUF Protein taste like, and how is it sweetened?
BUF Protein has a smooth chocolate flavour from organic alkalized cocoa powder. A small amount of sucralose gives it a light sweetness without overwhelming the cocoa or leaving a strong animal-based collagen taste.
How do I mix BUF Protein?
Add 8–10 oz (240–300 mL) of your preferred liquid to a shaker or blender first. Add one 28g scoop of BUF Protein, then shake or blend until smooth. Because the formula contains no emulsifiers, some natural clumping may occur.
