Is BUF Protein dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free?
Yes. BUF Protein is dairy-free, gluten-free, and has 0g of sugars per scoop. It contains beef collagen and is lightly sweetened with sucralose, so it is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets.
What does BUF Protein taste like, and how is it sweetened?
BUF Protein has a smooth chocolate flavour from organic alkalized cocoa powder. A small amount of sucralose gives it a light sweetness without overwhelming the cocoa or leaving a strong animal-based collagen taste.
How do I mix BUF Protein?
For a cold drink, add 8–10 oz (240–300 mL) of your preferred cold liquid first, then one 28g scoop of BUF Protein. Shake or blend until mixed. Some natural clumping may occur because there are no emulsifiers.
For hot drinks, stir or whisk in an open mug. Never shake hot liquids in a sealed shaker or other sealed container. Read the preparation guide.
