Add 8–10 oz (240–300 mL) of your preferred cold liquid first, then one 28g scoop. Shake or blend until mixed. Some natural clumping may occur because the formula contains no emulsifiers.
For hot drinks
Stir or whisk into a hot drink in an open mug. Never shake hot liquids in a sealed shaker or other sealed container.

Great quality product
I just tried the protein powder and it's definitely my new fav. The chocolate is so rich and I don't taste any other stuff/fillers. This is definitely my next buy for the foreseeable future.
