BUF Protein accepts refund requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Opened food, supplement, or powder products cannot be refunded unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by BUF Protein.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
