BUF Protein is operated by Barikly Enterprises Inc. This policy applies to purchases made through bufprotein.shop.

Returns and exchanges

Because BUF Protein is a consumable product, all orders are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@bufprotein.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and packing slip.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact hello@bufprotein.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
